This soil for veggies?

I have a client looking to start an organic farm. What do you think about these soils for veggies? They were all soils farmed for decades with various crops. Thanks.

It's not something I can say too much about as I don't know vegetable farms. Except for low K and low boron, it'd be great for grass, though...
