Re: Soil Test Results
Little more information. These are 7 different areas around an area a little bigger then a square mile. I'm a novice, but they definitely do not look good.

The soil test pics are pretty blurry.
If you used the "GOOD" jpg quality option on the pdf to jpg converter site, try changing it to "EXCELLENT".
If you already used the "EXCELLENT" option, let me know & we'll look for some other option.
EDIT: I think you just set the record for most soil tests done at one time and the largest area.
One square mile is 640 acres! Holy cow!
Is this entire area actually managed turf?

Re: Soil Test Results
Those I can read. It's going to take me a while to read them, however, and I currently have a soldering iron heating up and calling my name...

Re: Soil Test Results
Ok. I'll shorten this down as much as possible:
Gammage Lawn: No lime like ever. All major resources OK, Mg kind of high but not a problem. Boron kind of low.
Hayden Lawn: No lime... Major resources seem OK; no base saturations given. Nice OM level!
Old Main: No lime...(I sense a pattern here). Major resources are great, Mg in perfect groove. Boron a touch low.
Palo Verde: No lime...
Major resources are good, Mg is good. Boron kind of low.
Sonora: No lime. Major resources OK; Ca a touch low, Mg rather high. Boron kind of low.
SRC: No lime. Major resources almost perfect. Boron a bit low.
Wells Fargo: No lime. Major resources good, Mg right in the groove. Boron a whisper low.
***
All Cases except Hayden Lawn: OM could use some work. Mulch mow, mow in all leaves, and so on. You've read the drill.
All Cases: Sodium levels are ridiculously high, which said a low-rainfall area even before I noticed you're in Phoenix (or a salt-water irrigation supply!) Flushing the soil in 9 inches of rainfall a year isn't going to happen, so you live with it. Just remember that salt-sensitive plants will die immediately, and salt-neutral ones won't do well. Salt-tolerant (yucca, some grasses, plenty of others) will tolerate this just fine. If you wish to raise sensitive plants, raised beds would be the only way to do it.

Re: Soil Test Results
These are all bermuda grass areas and its not looking the hottest. I think you saw my other post, main source of fertilizer is fish and its definitely not at an adequate rate.
You said there is no lime, so add lime?
Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Step away from the spreader, Sir.
And remember, you can't put too much water in a nuclear reactor.
(No - don't add lime.)

Re: Soil Test Results
Reverse that. No lime = Do Not Lime.
The pH is so high that liming would be a very bad idea.

Feed. If you want to use a synthetic, use ammonium nitrate based fertilizers to slowly (very slowly) pull the pH down. Or urea, which is a bit less acidic overall but will still help. I don't think you're destined to ever go under about 7.4 in any case. But that's not a problem; great lawns are possible at a pH of 8.
Bermuda...did I mention feeding?
If you must stay organic, soybean meal, cottonseed meal, or whatever's high protein and cheapest is best.

Re: Soil Test Results
Don't even say the word "Lime" out loud. If I find you in the same aisle at Lowe's as the Lime, I'm gonna kick your butt.
Morph is on-the-money. Yeah, the Micro's could use a bit here or there, but this is going to be a case of "deal with what you've got". It ain't gonna move enough to try to move it.
What kind of water is used to water those properties (where they are watered)? Please verify that it ISN'T softened water. At your rainfall, this is important.
Who did the soil tests? I've never seen anyone test for Nickel. Never.

Re: Soil Test Results
Haha, I tell you I'm a novice. I'll stay away from the lime!
Anyway, I think I can get my hands on a water test too. We had a pretty smart fella come in and do a lot of these test, but he moved on to greener pastures. I'll see if I can find the water sample and scan it tomorrow. I can tell you that it is softened though, but it is definitely hard water.
As for the lab that did the sample, its a local lab called Motzz. I personally think they charge to much and would rather send the test off to UMass or Logan.
I know fish isn't cutting it here, but I also have to be strictly organic with anything used. I'll be recommending soybean as the main source, its just going to be a matter of showing the right people the cost they are dealing with.
Once again, thank you all for your help. It's come in handy while putting this report together.
