Lesco products from craigslist

Someone mentioned checking craigslist for supplies, so I did. This guy is selling (5) 50lb bags of 25-0-5=09726, (1) bag of Grub=086207, (2) bags 24-0-0=090746 all for $100. He says he got from working golf course awhile ago. Is this worth buying?
