Re: Silver8ack's Fall 2011 Back Yard Renovation
Thanks! I just realized these pics are a few weeks old because there's a lot of leaves on the trees still. But it looks pretty much the same now but perhaps a little lighter in color.
Yea. Front will be next year again. I'm going to try to prep it this year and do it right. And I'm going to save the hell strip for another year. It's too difficult trying to get enough water down there.

Thanks!
Nah, Simpson... I'm still jealous of every one of you KBG b@st@rds. I have a necessary overseed in my very near future, that I probably would not need if I had KBG. I'm sooooo happy with the lawn, don't get me wrong. But every little spot that I see that is missing grass, I think.... if only I had KBG!!!!!!!!
I also wish that I had gone with a 100% TTTF blend rather than 20% PR Mix. After this recent dry spell, the TTTF is like..."What dry spell?". The PR is like... tan. These are in areas where the soil is much harder, over by the fence in the first pic.
The good(or bad) news is that I am most likely moving in the next month or so(if anyone buys my house). If not this spring, next spring most likely. So I'll be able to redo the lawn without feeling bad about starting a reno over.... Is it wrong that when looking at new houses, I tend to favor the ones that don't have a nice lawn??? RENO FEVER!
