It's been about 7 1/2 weeks since i reseeded hell strip and north side lawn.

Some areas have come in real good - nice and thick and green.

Then there are spots here and there where there is grass, but it has been growing much vertically. These areas are pale compared to areas with the good growth.

The hell strip does have a few weeds in it - a lot more compared to north side lawn. a few look like goosegrass or something comparable and I have even found a couple annual bluegrass sprouts.

On the hellstrip - the areas that butt up to the sidewalk have come in the best. I am assuming thats beacuse the sidewalk is helping the soil retain some of the heat. Nights have been averaging 46 here over the last two weeks.

The north side lawn in between the two houses is coming in fine - but seems a little thin. That area does not see a whole lot of sun anymore this time of year.

These are pictures form last week. I'll try and take some new ones tomorrow. The covering in the second picture is Dalen Grass Fast. Some of that lawn in the neighbors that i have 'annexed.' Anyways, my sprinkler did not reach it fully on the orgional seeding, so i reseeded 2.5 weeks ago. Pretty late in the game, so I used the Grass Fast. It's supposed to help keep moisture in and help keep soil warm.
