I was gonna say, that looks awesome for a first year lawn... But it's been 53 weeks, so that explains it :). Looks freaking awesome!

Looks sweet Bombri. Thanks for keeping us updated, noobs like me appreciate it. My Reno seems to be following the progression of yours right now. Kbg really fills in nicely.

Saw your pictures in the September thread and just wanted to come over and say that things looks great. I, too, had PM and rust in my first year (in the Spring and in the Fall respectively). I can happily say that neither of those were an issue at all in year two.
