Weed B Gon Chickweed, Clover, and Oxalis Killer
Anyone ever used this stuff with any success?
I overseeded my lawn with tall fescue on October 8th. I've mowed twice since then (as of yesterday) and have been watering when necessary. I've got some low growing weeds that I believe are clover or chickweed, so I thought I would give this stuff a shot.
Anybody see any issues with this stuff, as well as the timing? Thanks!

Do a search on the site for "CCO" - you'll find plenty.
CCO Killer is very effective on the weeds that it treats. It is a little on the harsh side (not too bad), so I don't use it on young grass. It is not a very fast kill - waiting 14 days for some results is not unusual. And the weeds that it treats are pretty tenacious, so two or even three treatments at 14 day intervals is normal for some weeds like Ground Ivy and Wild Violets.

My lawn was full of clover in the spring. I followed exactly what the label said and sprayed the entire lawn. Andy is right that it will take a while before you see any results (at least 14 days). I sprayed three treatments, and now there isn't any clover in my yard.

It looks like the CCO is working somewhat. Not great, but better than nothing. It's been about 12 days and I was thinking of applying again. Is there any benefit of doing so or will the weeds just die when it frosts? Will a reapplication help me out for next year?

You're getting impatient. I wrote above that it is not unusual for it to take 14 days or more in even the best of weather, and it's slower in the cooler weather. It does not work through the same mechanisms as WBG Max.
If you still have OK conditions at 17 or 18 days, you can do it again. Applying in the Spring again is OK - not all broadleaf weeds die with the frost. The vegetation may die back, but they'll be back...
