I am watching my neighbors vacuum/mow up all the leaves in the yard and place them on the curb for the city to pick up. I am thinking about asking him to dump them in my yard, on the side for spring and summer use!

The question is about all of his weeds. I don't think he has poa T or poa A but I know for sure he has lots of crabbgrass, dallis, and other's.

Would it still be beneficial to use the leaves from his yard? I am working so hard at keeping the weeds out I would hate to add more weeds to the soil!

That's why I don't try to get any leaves from the curb. The threat of weedseeds is just too much risk.

Personally, I only accept leaves from lawns where I know the weed pressure is either very low or nothing that's going to cause me any major issues. Mom has a bit of clover, but that's not a real problem.
