Can you apply blood meal in the spring or summer? I thought it was fast release.

It is fast release nitrogen. It is just like Kool-Aid or instant coffee. Add water and you get blood. Almost as fast when they cut the pigs throat to bleed it.

A boon to vampires everywhere. Just add water and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on 40% power for the perfect midnight snack.

The release type is a strange thing that some people call fast-release and some call slow-release. You'll see articles calling it one or the other, or both. It does behave as both.
