4 years later.......
First spring after renovation. As you can see the grass isn't uniform. Wheat came up, but was killed after a couple mowings.

Here is the lawn today about 4 years later, but earlier in the year compared to the 1st pic. I put down my first application of fertilizer after this cut (May 24th). Color is still good without the use of any early fertilizing.

Simplicity Regent. 38" cut at 2". I used to keep the grass higher because it looks extremely dark, but it caused more thatch buildup. Also, I like more of a tighter trim look.

Wow. I'm hoping to get a better mower this year. Color is great. What cultivars did you plant?

I see I'm not the only one lurking at the buttcrack of dawn. Lol. Lawn looks beautiful! The green mixed with the landscaping colors really compliment eachother.

We both have solar panels for sex machines !!!
... and it keeps going south later on. Then it's ears, nose, back, etc etc. and that is why growing grass is so much fun. We (chrome domes) actually can grow 1.) something that we want, and 2.) where we want it, LOL!

it left my head and is now situated on my face
