so...i was already to overseed a lil early, all due to andy and morphs advice. then came irene, the pine,oak, crap bomb she left on my lawn. seriously thats selfish of me to say. neighbors down the hill and across the rd got 3-5 ft of water in there homes. we were lucky to say the least.after a very exstensive clean up, scalping, more clean up, and more tenacity.....i over seeded today. irene was a bit$h to us on this end of the world.
