How soon after seeding is Triclopyr safe to use?

Hi guys. I have sort of a 'wrong way' project going to fix a Common Mallow and Ground Ivy infestation, along with getting some actual grass growing after ripping out the various weed type vegetation that comprised my 'lawn' before. I have what I think will be a nice compatible to the area mix of 80% of 2 kinds of TTTF and 20% KBG seeded and awaiting germination. I was unable to totally rip out all the Common Mallow plants, but from what I gather some Triclopyr sprayed on sometime this season will result in a nice improvement next year. So the plan is to give the Mallow some time to rejuvenate and then surprise it with a chemical bath once it thinks the coast is clear :D . My concern is the grass seed I planted...how many weeks post germination would it be safe to apply the Triclopyr to the offending Mallow that resides amongst the new grass plants?

Thanks!
