Grass ID

I was looking at Click here for more information to try to identify what type of grass this is. I came to the conclusion that is is tall fescue, but I want to be sure. I have
several patches of this stuff that is growing like crazy and seeding. I want to be sure because if it is fescue, I figured there would be more of it spread throughout the lawn. Right now, I have a few dozen large patches of it.
