Just came back from gym. :)

Thanks turf_toes and simpson. I'll post another picture sometime this week when everything is visible. I examined each area and I have tons of weeds. Oh, turf_toes, I contacted Lesco the other day and he told me that they don't have 0-0-7 Dimension. What should I do now?

IM a fan of spectracide over weedbgon. It's the same product but spectracide is a stronger concentrate and helps knock out the tougher weeds

Ron,

Ask him to call the next nearest Lesco dealer. If they have it, they'll normally send it along. My local Lesco dealer does this all the time , when he doesn't have a product I need in stock.

Notice how every lawn on the street is brown from winter dormancy except one lawn. And look at the straight line going from brown to green in the last picture.

You're either going to be real popular (hey how'd you do it?) or real unpopular (hey, how come you're making me look bad?) in your neighborhood.

And everybody who was laughing at you as you sprayed roundup and started over is now starting to have second thoughts.

Hahaha! I like your post! :) It's possible that's how they feel right now! I'm very happy after reading your post!

I've got to work real hard though on the weeds. ;)

Thanks bpgreen!

Simpson, is there any ideal temperature to watch for when we spray WBG?

Ohio2112, everytime I look at it, I still can't believe what I am seeing! :) Thanks so much!!!

60-70 Not to hot because you can cause damage to the lawn. Just put it in a hose end sprayer and put a nice blanket spray on the lawn. Things will be great you just wait and see.

Thanks simpson! :)

Ok, I returned the 19-0-6 today and got the 0-0-7. I'm reading the spreader settings and I couldn't understand the row for Scotts R8A. It's showing letter J.

My broadcast spreading is Scotts SpeedyGreen 3000. What should be the setting?

Thanks!

how to get rid of this

Postby s1mpl3k1d » March 18th, 2010, 7:46 pm

I need some help folks. I noticed a lot of light green clumps. What are they? Is it Poa Annua? Poa Triv? How do we succesfully get rid of them?

Pics taken 15 mins ago.

I'd say poa annua. Kill it. Now. You may have a few dead spots, but they'll fill in (or you can edge your flowerbeds and use the excess to plug the dead spots)
