+1. I thought I was done for the season too. I spreaded Weed-B-Gon CCO on the chickweed in the fescue backyard today.

I also mowed the kgb in the front It was looking a bit shaggy. I have never mowed my grass here in Georgia in January before. This was a first.

Being this late in the season I may not rewinterize the mower again, just bring it out every couple of weeks.

It was in the upper 60s here yesterday and I broke down and mowed the fescue in the back yard. I had some stray leaves than had blown in and the grass looked like it had grown a wee bit. What a beautiful day. I've never had the mower out this late (or early, depending on how you look at it) before. We didn't break any records today, but I can't remember another year when the weather has been so consistently over average for such an extended period. I was sitting on my deck yesterday morning watching and listening to the birds - it sounded like spring yesterday morning. It's only supposed to get into the upper 40s here today, but then it's back up to the mid 50s for Monday and Tuesday. I put my winterizer down on December 2nd thinking that if I waited any longer it would be too late. A few days after I put it down, we got about 3" on rain and with my sandy soil, I was worried that much may have washed past the root zone, so I was thinking about putting down a little more. I think I'm just looking for an excuse to keep me out in the yard in this nice weather. I would much rather do anything outside than anything inside.
