It seems that there's just been so much rain lately and when you combine that with the rising temps, it's almost a perfect formula for certain lawn diseases. The folks who fertilize with synthetics in the spring probably have it much, much worse.
But I can feel your pain. If it is any consolation, my lawn seems to get stronger and more resistant to those sorts of things with each passing year.
I do have a question for you. Are those holes in your lawn that I'm seeing? I'm wondering if those holes were where you fought Poa Annua or was it something like Dollarspot?

The holes were poa and are closing at a good clip. I planted pots of KBG and made plugs as well. Here is my poa warzone, before and after.
Before (I actually RU'd more areas after this, some of which were real KBG seeding).

Yesterday (there are about 70 pots of poa and 30 plugs scattered throughout this area):
