Hey, just a question!

Since a hot water tank will rust and burst, sooner or latter, where do you guys install those,in your attics????

At least a leak in the basement, the water would go into the sewer, and there would be NO water damage for 12 hours while i was at work.

First floor, open back channel so if a leak starts it drops into the basement and into the sump pump. :-)

Because you so don't want to see me try to do plumbing. You just don't. Electricity, no problem. Plumbing...no. Just no.

Jameison also refuses to do plumbing, but does an absolutely bang-up job on the silver.

Naturally. :-) Mine, anyway, is in the basement right next to the sump pump (and the floor down there pitches that way). Bursts will drop into the pump and leave the house. Inconvenient, but not a disaster.

The shelf and lights passed my mother's inspection (not quite white glove, but with her, durned close).

I've started seven slips of heliotrope in pots (OK, some in plastic cups), with the ultimate goal to have 70 donors from these by late February/very early March. Two of seven already rooted (I did those a bit ago). Five of seven are under their High-Tech Humidity Retention Devices (plastic bags) on my captain's chest in the study...
