Ditto. I also like the uniform look as opposed to stripes.

morph, you have a robotic mower with electronic fences. I'm pretty sure it cost more than my last car.

The only time you don't see stripes on a lawn around here is when you let the lawn go too long between mowings.

What you need is two small leaf blowers attached to the mower and aimed at the grass just behind the wheels to blow the grass back up as you cut.

Not unless your last car was from the dump and started life on blocks, no. They're less, much less, than a riding mower.

I have always wanted the look of a beautiful outfield grass, so I devised my own striping by attaching 2 light weights to the backflap of the mower.

I know everyone has their preferences to stripe or not, but I love the look. Although with all the rain this week, it tends to get a bit on the shaggy side, especially sine I cut it at 4.25" to avoid heat stress, etc on the new lawn.
