I actually found a cheap ($0.89) spray bottle at Home Depot that works perfectly--the HD brand. I had to wrap the top of the stem in a bit of silicone tape to hold it better in the sprayer, but the screw binds perfectly and it gives me a full quart.

Oddly, duct tape released on me on that stem (I tried that first). As soon as it hit the soil conditioner the adhesive left go.
